Salon Policies 


We want to assure that all our clients and staff remain safe during this pandemic. We will follow the current CDC guidelines in place in Illinois as of August 2021. Our staff have been fully vaccinated since January 2021. 

We still have in place the use of mask and temperature checks. We provide hand sanitizer upon entry and limit the capacity of clients too. We utilize state of the art equipment and properly sanitize and sterilize everything after each use. Your safety is our top priority let's stay safe and healthy together!


We understand  that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone's life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all client's, the following policies are honored:

24 hour advance notice is required  when canceling an appointment. We will overlook one late cancellation. However, repeated late cancellations will result in a charge to 50% and up to 100% of the service fee(s). You will be invoiced  for the fees owed and it must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment.  Travel service clients must pay fee for all services scheduled unless changed or canceled within 72 hours advance notice. 


Again, we will overlook one no-show appointment. However, repeated "forgotten" appointments or anyone who consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered as a "no-show'.  They will be charged full price for their missed appointment.  You will be invoice for the fees owed and must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment. 

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointment follows yours. Depending on your arrival time and the allowed pampering treatment. You will be responsible for the cost of the entire session.  Out of respect and consideration for your technician please plan accordingly and be on time. 


We love children too, however, we do not offer babysitting services. Part of our pampering experience is providing a calm relaxing atmosphere. Unless your child is receiving a service, we ask that you leave them at home, in the care of a trusted individual. 


We do not include a gratuity in our service prices we give you that option.  Unfortunately they cannot be added to any check nor credit card payment we are sorry for the inconvenience. 


 Payments are expected upon service rendered. We accept cash, and credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, and Discover only. Please note that any check that is returned are subject to service fees up to $50, in addition to the original check amount. 


Please notify us immediately if you are not satisfied for any reason. We ask that you let us know within 48 hours days of a service. If we do not know there is a problem, we cannot fix it. We strive to make you happy with your  pampering experience, so let us resolve any issues, as soon as possible.
